I had an Oliso iron that I loved but it quit working after 3 years. I called the manufacturers and told them. They said the warranty is good for only 1 year but to send it in and they would either fix it or give me a new one for $69. So I sent it in, and in one week this showed up. I love it so much. You can see in the bottom picture how it has "lifts" so I don't have to set it upright (I just did it in this picture to show you what they looked like). It works wonderfully. I never have to lift it up. It raises itself up about 1/2" so it won't scorch anything. I am so happy to have another "Oliso" iron. It made my day!!!
